Engineered Foundation Systems, Inc. (EFS) is a full service, design/build post-tension foundation firm located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The founder, B.L. Jensen has been instrumental in providing these advanced foundation systems throughout the Southwest for commercial projects, apartment buildings, residential, governmental, and other applications.

In addition to foundations, our services also include city work, structural concrete, foundation stabilizing and consulting. With over 50 years in the concrete contracting business, we have strived to upgrade foundation systems throughout New Mexico to better protect both the builder and the consumer against adverse soil conditions.

We, at EFS, employ workers who maintain high morale and pride in their work, in addition to a high level of efficiency. Our team is trained extensively and strives to maintain the integrity of our work.
